Websites people show up for.
We plan, design and build websites for businesses that need enquiries, not just something pretty. From a one‑page site to a multi‑level web application.

02 — Services
What we do
Six ways to work with us. Price and timing are a guide; the exact quote follows the brief, usually within two days.
One page with one promise. For a product, a service or an ad campaign.

03 — Complexity
From one page to a platform
We take on any level of complexity: a landing page in a month, or a multi‑level application with roles, an API and real load. We pick the stack for the task, not for the portfolio.
One page
Landing page, promo site, product page. One promise, one action, analytics from day one.
Company site
Corporate site, online store, media. Structure, CMS the team can run, SEO base, payments and delivery.
Service
Customer accounts, calculators, booking and payments, integrations with CRM, ERP and accounting systems.
Platform
A multi‑level application: roles and permissions, a public API, background queues, search, several teams on one codebase and load that has to hold.

This site runs on plain HTML, CSS and JavaScript — that is where the 0.9 s load comes from. For client projects we choose the stack the task needs, and the code and the accounts stay yours.
04 — Process
How the work runs
Five stages, each ending in something you can look at and approve. We need about two hours of your time per week.
Contact
We meet, fill in the brief, look at your business and your competitors. You get an estimate and a plan.
An hour on a call and access to analytics
Recon
We research the audience, build the structure and prototypes of key pages, and write the copy.
Answers to our questions, sign‑off on the structure
Design
A concept for the first screen, then every page in the design system. Mobile versions from the start.
One meeting on the concept, one on the final
Build
Front‑end, CMS, integrations, device and speed testing. We show progress every week.
Access to services, content
Launch and growth
Migration, analytics, SEO basics, training for your team. Then hypotheses and tests.
A decision on what we do next
Deadlines in the contract
If we are late through our own fault, you get 5 % off for every week of delay.
One manager, one chat
Your contact knows everything about the project and answers within the hour during working hours.
Payment by stage
You pay for the result of a stage you can look at, not for promises.
05 — Principles
Why it works with us
PageSpeed on mobile
Speed is part of design. Every project we hand over clears 90 in Lighthouse on a phone.
Templates
Every site is designed from scratch for the task and the audience. You cannot stand out with a template.
To the first screen
Two weeks after kick‑off you see a working first screen, not a presentation.
Lead growth
Average growth in enquiries after a redesign, across our 2024–2026 cases with analytics in place.
Free
Express audit of your site in 48 hours
We check speed, conversion mistakes and SEO basics, then send a 3–5 page document with priorities. No calls, no pitching, unless you ask.
06 — Reviews
What clients say
We thought freight is not something people order online. Two months later the site was our second biggest channel after the sales team.
For the first time in two years the front desk stopped staying late after their shift.
We stopped explaining to farmers why there were so few orders. Now we explain how to keep up with picking.
For the first time marketing and sales agreed that the leads were good.
The site finally looks like our buildings.
In the morning sales get customers who have already paid. It used to be a list of cold requests.
07 — Studio
A small studio with thick case files
YAVKA is 14 people working out of Tallinn, with the team spread across Estonia, Ukraine and Germany. A strategist, three designers, five developers, an editor, an analyst, two managers and a founder who still codes first screens.
We take on up to four projects at a time so each one gets its own contact person and the team’s attention. We do not work with gambling, payday loans or anything we would be ashamed to put in a case file.

08 — FAQ
Questions before we meet
If your question is not here, ask it on Telegram. We answer within the hour during working hours.
A landing page from €4,500, a corporate site from €11,000, a store from €18,000. The exact quote follows the brief within two days, and it does not change unless the task does.
A landing page takes a month, a corporate site two to three, a store or a service three and up. Deadlines go into the contract.
Two hours a week for meetings and answers, access to analytics, and one person who makes decisions. Copy and structure are on us.
We pick the stack for the task. A simple site is plain HTML, CSS and JavaScript — that is where the speed comes from. A complex application is Laravel or Symfony on the back end, TypeScript with Vue or React on the front end, PostgreSQL, Redis and Docker around it. Content lives in a CMS chosen for the task. No lock‑in: the code and the accounts are yours.
A month of warranty support is included. After that, support and growth on a retainer or as one‑off tasks.
By stage: 30 % at kick‑off, then after design sign‑off and after launch. We work under a contract with an EU company, VAT reverse charge where applicable.
Yes. We build multi‑level applications: roles and permissions, a public API, background queues, integrations with CRM and ERP, and load that has to hold. A project of that size starts with a paid two‑week discovery — architecture, data model and a written plan — and only then goes into development.
09 — Meeting point
Shall we meet?
Write a couple of lines about the task. We answer within one working day and suggest a time to talk.
