Context

Where they started

GoRanked is the studio’s own product. It is where we battle‑test what we then offer clients: Laravel under real load, payment processing, real‑time updates and AI‑assisted support.

The site runs in seven language versions. It handles boosting orders for Dota 2, CS2, League of Legends, Valorant and thirteen other games, account sales and the CS2 skin market.

  1. Calculate the price online, without messaging a manager
  2. Accept payment by card, cryptocurrency and bank transfer
  3. Answer customers around the clock
  4. Handle traffic peaks without outages or slow pages

Solution

What we did

01

Calculators instead of back‑and‑forth

The customer picks their current and target rating, server and options — price and timing recalculate instantly. Ordering takes one click, and contractors pick the order up through an auction.

Three storefronts, one platform

Boosting, accounts and the CS2 skin market: more than 15,000 skins with filters by price, float and quality, plus 5,800+ Dota 2 accounts. Search runs on Meilisearch and keeps load off the database.

Six payment methods

Stripe, Whitepay, cryptocurrency, Monobank, IBAN transfer and payment in skins. Webhooks, automatic refunds and daily fee reconciliation.

AI‑assisted support

Chat on the site, agents replying from the separate Chat Desk app, and suggestions from a fine‑tuned GPT‑4o mini model with knowledge base search. Order and balance notifications go out via Web Push.

Speed under load

Laravel Octane on RoadRunner keeps the application in memory between requests, Redis handles cache and queues, and page views and visits are written to ClickHouse asynchronously.

06

An admin panel for the team

A separate app on Vue 3 and Vuetify: orders, contractors, finances, reports and role‑based access rights.
